The Windmill United Benefice was created in April 2015 to bring together the three Surrey parishes of St Bartholomew, Burstow, St Mary the Virgin, Horne and St John the Baptist, Outwood. Named after the famous windmill at Outwood, it builds on the former Windmill Group, which linked these three parishes with Christ Church, South Nutfield.
