Music is a strong feature of our worship and church lives. It involves about 40 people from the Benefice communities. There are several musical groups in the Benefice and you can read about them on their respective pages.

Our Director of Music has responsibility for music across the benefice. Each church has its own organist or accompanist for Sunday services. Each church has a pipe organ for use during services, although at Horne the electronic organ is usually used and at Outwood an electronic piano is sometimes played instead of the organ.
