Seek ye first the kingdom of God,
And his righteousness,
And all these things shall be added unto you;
Allelu, alleluia.
Alleluia, alleluia,
Alleluia, allelu, alleluia.
You shall not live by bread alone,
But by ev’ry word
That proceeds from the mouth of God;
Allelu, alleluia.
Alleluia, alleluia,
Alleluia, allelu, alleluia.
Ask and it shall be given unto you,
Seek and ye shall find;
Knock, and the door will be opened unto you;
Allelu, alleluia.
Alleluia, alleluia,
Alleluia, allelu, alleluia.

In the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Grace, mercy and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ be with you.
And also with you.
Confession
Lord you give us this day our daily bread,
forgive us our trespasses:
Lord, have mercy.
Lord, have mercy.
Lord you give us this day our daily bread,
let us not be led into temptation:
Christ, have mercy.
Christ, have mercy.
Lord you give us this day our daily bread,
deliver us from evil:
Lord, have mercy.
Lord, have mercy.
Absolution
Almighty God,
who forgives all who truly repent,
have mercy upon you,
pardon and deliver you from all your sins,
confirm and strengthen you in all goodness,
and keep you in life eternal;
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.
The Collect for Lammastide
God our creator, you give seed for us to sow
and bread for us to eat;
as you bless the fruit of our labour in the Eucharist,
so we ask you to give all your children
their daily bread,
that the world may praise you for your goodness,
through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Amen.

Talk
by Revd Alan Bayes
The Lord’s Prayer
Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name;
thy kingdom come;
thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation;
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
the power and the glory,
for ever and ever.
Amen.
O God,
your son made himself known
to his disciples in the breaking of bread;
open the eyes of our faith,
that we may see him in his redeeming work,
who is alive and reigns with you,
in the unity of the holy spirit,
one God, now and for ever.
Amen.
Blessing
Tend the earth,
care for God’s good creation,
and bring forth the fruits of righteousness.
Thanks be to God.
I am the Bread of life,
You who come to Me shall not hunger,
and who believe in Me shall not thirst.
No one can come to Me, unless the Father beckons.
And I will raise him up,
And I will raise him up
And I will raise him up on the last day.
The bread that I will give
Is My flesh for the life of the world,
And if you eat of this bread,
you shall live for ever, you shall live for ever.
And I will raise him up…
Unless you eat
of the flesh of the Son of Man
And drink of His blood, and drink of His blood,
You shall not have life within you.
And I will raise him up…
I am the Resurrection,
I am the Life,
If you believe in Me
Even though you die, you shall live for ever.
And I will raise him up…
Yes, Lord, I believe
That You are the Christ,
The Son of God
Who has come into the world.
And I will raise him up…
